Entry Level Leasing Specialist-Traveling - (Charlotte, NC)

Job DescriptionC.L.A.S.S, Certified Leasing and Sales Specialists, is hired by owners or management companies of apartment communities to send 1 of our Leasing Specialists to their properties to increase their occupancy. Our Leasing Specialists live and work on an apartment community for 35-45 days and work seven days a week while they are there. After their 45 days, the Leasing Specialists get two weeks off to do whatever they want and then they go on another assignment any where in the United States. Our Leasing Specialists only focus on leasing apartments. This means that they take all incoming phone calls that are leasing related and all walk ins that come in that are interested in leasing a new home. The Leasing Specialist is not responsible for management activity or resident issues, we focus only on leasing and marketing.
