Job DescriptionWe are seeking a MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE two (MSR2) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping Members by providing product and service details and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: Handle Member inquiries and provide details on Credit Union products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns. Receives members to reconcile their statements and checkbook records. Document and update Member records based on interactions. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Greets potential new Members, and assists them in completing the membership packets, cross-sells Credit Union services and sets up new accounts on the computer. Receives members in person, telephone, and by mail. Interviews Member loan candidates to develop info concerning their consumer loan needs, earnings and financial condition. Explains consumer loan programs and recommends options.
