Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a professional leasing consultant for an apartment complex in Downtown Cleveland. The successful candidate will be highly polished and ready to hit the ground running. This person will work five days per week-open office hours are M,W,F 9A til 5:30P > T,Th 9A til 6P > Sat 10A til 3:30P In accordance with all practices/policies/standards as outlined in Fair Housing Laws the leasing agent will facilitate operations related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve max occupancy. Must present professional image in all actions and communications.
