Customer Service Representative - (Matawan, NJ)

Our company works with cutting edge technology to power some of the most popular web applications in the world. We are seeking energetic and friendly people to join our customer management team at our headquarters in Matawan, New Jersey. Must be able to cover at least 1 weekend day shift. Scheduling is flexible - 9 am to 5PM (8 hours) five days a week or eight AM to 6PM (10 hours) four days a week Day-to-day assignments include (but are not limited to) the following: Engage customers and respond to account and billing related inquiries in our help desk ticket system Process credits and refund authorizations Interact with our engineering teams to report customer problems and improve our product Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
