Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Chemist/Lab Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for performing organic and inorganic soil/water analyses according to EPA/SW-846 and Standard Methods.Responsibilities: Prepare samples for routine testing and analysis Properly recording prep work and analysis in logbooks and LIMS Monitor inventory standards/chemicals and supplies Maintain a clean workplace atmosphere Work under the supervision of a Technical Director Meeting quality control qualifications Expertise to meet deadlinesQualifications: Previous background as an environmental laboratory technician or in other related fields Familiarity with common environmental lab terminology Background in a commercial laboratory setting Strong management skills Dependable and efficient Bachelor's or Associates in Science related discipline
