Monument Security, Inc., a leading nationwide security company is seeking Full-time EXPERIENCED candidates for Loss Prevention Agents in Salem. This position is based out of Monument---s Tacoma, WA. office and services our clients throughout the greater Salem Area. Critical functions for a Loss Prevention Agent: Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures while on client---s site. Effectively identifies situations that present a likelihood of merchandise loss. Follows guidelines and Post Orders for successful apprehension of shoplifters, including using an appropriate amount of force. Works with a high degree of professionalism and solid decision making while trying to apprehend subjects. Must employ reasonable means to recover the client---s merchandise during all potential theft incidents. Uses a professional manner to communicate with apprehended subjects to obtain compliance and details.
