Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Plant Worker - Operations Assistant to join our clients growing team in the Aurora, IL area! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers assuring sites meets ISO 9001 and company safety standards. We are looking for at least two years' demonstrated background in warehouse / plant, production, manufacturing, or other related fields or equivalent operational background. Plant Worker - Operations Assistant - Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Place production orders from customers Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring policies, standard operating procedures, processes, and other forms to provide production consistency and quality for plant processes?Requirements: Previous background in production
