Part-Time Member Experience Rep (Teller) - (Mundelein, IL)

Provides outstanding service to members and employees to make them feel valued, while processing financial transactions. Engages in conversations with members, to provide phenomenal service and educate them on credit union products/services that will benefit them. Processes Deposits, Payments, Withdrawals, Account Inquiries, Info Updates, etc. Balances cash drawer and completes operational qualifications of the Service Center (Branch). Completes required training, and assists with other duties as assigned. No prior banking background required! Prior background in a retail or service related role and six months cash handling background is desirable. We're looking for those who possess outstanding service skills, have a desire to be challenged, and can maintain a positive, can-do attitude. This job necessitates 35+ hours weekly and flexibility between the following hours: Mon to Thurs: 7:30a-6:30p; Fri: 7:30a-7:30p; and Sat: 7:30a-2:30p
