Job DescriptionPROCESSING & COMPLIANCE Collect and analyze customer financial details to assess customers requirements for different loan alternatives that are most advantageous to borrower(s). Provide details to customer on risks and benefits of selected loan alternatives based on customers individual financial circumstances. Pre-qualify and pre-approve prospective loan applications using Scenic Oaks Funding approved forms, subject to all Federal and State laws and regulations. Obtain complete loan application details into laptop and supply borrowers with all disclosures required by Federal or State Laws. Obtain borrower authorization to perform credit check and collect credit application fee. Provide all forms and disclosures, including: GFE, TIL, HUD booklet and/or ARM booklet, ARM disclosure and any other Federal or State specific required disclosure.
