Job DescriptionCHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER The Barber National Institute is seeking an experienced senior level administrator to become its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will direct the preparation of all financial reports; oversee the finance department, budget preparation and audit functions; analyze projections of income, profit and operations to pinpoint opportunities and prioritize financial planning. The CFO also recommends investment of funds and is the liaison with banks and/or investment bankers. Requirements: Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related position. CPA designation preferred. Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems. 8 to ten years background in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning. Good verbal and writing skills as well as analytical and management expertise. Background in a non-profit environment is preferred but not essential.
