Job DescriptionRapidly growing real estate investing company looking for an experienced leasing consultant that is fluent in Spanish.The majority of this job can & will be done from office and home using a smartphone!Must be good at talking to people & following directions.Often prospects you’ll be speaking with will have questions about locations, main roads, city landmarks, etc. so general knowledge of the geography of Columbus and surrounding locations will be helpful.General knowledge of rent to own, section 8, and leasing will be helpful but training will also be available.Must be available to make/take calls occasionally on evenings and weekends.You will be asked to walk through vacant properties that you are working on getting leased to take images, provide feedback, and have an understanding of the property you’re going to be getting leased.Showings will be done over the phone.
