Position description Summary As a member for the Finance and Enabling Systems - Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Hedging, the Manager of IT & Development manages professional employees and/or supervisors within an assigned area of Technology Services. The Manager of IT & Development develops and implements IT applications and solutions in alignment with company goals, in addition to adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Job details Responsibilities Accountable for the performance and results of a team of programmers, developers and/or systems analysts. Manage the technical direction/solution for assigned projects; ensure completion within time and budget constraints. Set goals and performance expectations for individuals and work groups; provide coaching, training and mentoring. Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and other stakeholders. Assist in annual budget planning.
