Position : Swim Instructor Description: YMCA of Greater Cleveland has an immediate need for Swim Instructors that plan and deliver effective classes in aquatic programming for YMCA members and program participants. Instructors must be knowledgeable, professional, and show concern for class participants. Position duties: Demonstrate skills and explain them clearly to class members. Work at the appropriate skill level for the class. Plans each teaching class in advance, prepares to start class on time, with proper material, equipment, and in proper attire. Observe YMCA attendance and safety rules in teaching classes. Begin and end class on time.
