We are seeking a Motivated Handyman to become a part of our team! We are creating a four man crew team to rehab houses in South, Central Jersey. Responsibilities: Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Sheetrock repair & spackle Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Roof tear off and install Minor electrical work, switches,outlets,ceiling fans & light fixtures. Minor plumbing, faucet, toilet replace etc. Paint whole interior house Requirements: Previous background in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Motivation! Expertise to handle physical workload Motivated handyman who can meet deadlines
