Job DescriptionLead Machine Operator (Team Lead)/ Buffalo, NY/ $16-$17 per hour. Lead Machine Operator (Team Lead) needed for growing Buffalo manufacturer to lead the team and work directly with the floor supervisor to ensure projects are running on time and correctly. Experienced individual will also assist in the operation of the machines. Shift:Monday – Thursday first shift 6am-4:30pm Additional Position qualifications: Operating, adjusting, testing and maintaining machines Communicates quality, material and production issues to supervisor Keeps area clean and orderly Qualifications: Previous machine operation background a must 2 or more years of background in a manufacturing setting Expertise to detect equipment malfunctions or misalignments visually and hearing machine noise Background with setting up and troubleshooting machines required Previous team lead background needed Must be able to lift least 50 lbs Expertise to push/pull at least 2500 lbs using a pallet jack Expertise to go up and down
