Marital and Family Law Attorney with 2 years of litigation experience - (Delray Beach, FL)

Delray Beach office of our client seeks marital and family law attorney with preferably two years of litigation background. The applicant will represent clients in family court, mediations, complete discovery, draft pleadings, settlement agreements, financial affidavits and advise clients on marital and family law issues. Will advocate for clients and their children in court. Draft pleadings, orders, briefs, settlement agreements, financial disclosure. Analyze financial documents, tax returns and spreadsheets. Negotiate settlements, mediate family court issues. Manage legal assistant. Maintain involvement in the legal community. Should be admitted to Florida Bar with no disciplinary record. Strong understanding of financial documents is needed.
