Job DescriptionWe are seeking Machine Operators and Packers/Inspectors to join our team! Jobs include operating industrial machines, inspecting and packing and maintaining quality control standards and data. We have 2 plants in DEERFIELD, WI. ENTRY LEVEL: Position primarily consists of entry level shop floor assignments: Assignments tend to be non – technical and requiring a relatively short period of time to train, but require continuous monitoring of progress, some machine operation. Though not required, a high-school diploma and/or equivalent is recommended.ADVANCED: Position primarily consists of operative level shop floor assignments. Assignments tend to be increasingly technical and requiring some involved training over a period of months to learn machine operations. After successful training, supervision of the individual performing the assignments should decrease with increased responsibility and maturity in the position. Requires the individual to train others.
