Aerospace Sol-Gel Processor Swing Shift - (Auburn, WA)

POSITION OVERVIEW: Spray application of Sol-Gel to surfaces of manufactured aerospace parts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties requires compliance with the Skills Inc. attendance policy. Visually inspect metal surface before application to identify damage. Ensure parts are clean from dirt or foreign material. Communicate set up and layout to assistant. Select and mix material according to customer requirements. Apply Sol-Gel to surface of aerospace parts using spray bottle. Maintain knowledge of current specifications and application requirements. Clean and maintain spraying equipment. Follow hazardous chemical and waste handling procedures. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow work rules and standard safety regulations at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
