PAServes Intake Specialist - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Receive and send out referrals to a variety of Veteran service organizations. Applicant will work in a coordination center with a small team coordinating services for Veterans in need. Applicant will field calls, e-mails, online requests, and database referrals; then refer the Veteran to the appropriate Veteran service provider. Must be able to speak in public settings and in front of groups on people. Military background desired Case management and social service background wanted Education: Bachelors and 3yrs background or Masters and 1yr background. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-4pm. Some weekend events required.
