Central Recovery Center Team Lead - (Pittsburgh, PA)

The Central Recovery Center (CRC) and Walk-In Unit Team Lead will provide immediate safety and Risk Assessments for individuals walking into the crisis center for mental health support. The Team Lead will also provide the following services: psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, case management support, transition/discharge planning and follow-up. The Team Lead will prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting and support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling. The CRC Team Lead will cover for CRC Supervisor for on call duties and delegate daily shift assignments and maintain milieu management Masters Degree in Human Services or Related position of Study + one year paid background Leadership background preferred Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30a-3:330p The CRC Team Lead will have on call responsibilities at once every four weeks
