Warehouse Team Lead - (Southaven, MS)

Randstad is currently hiring a warehouse team lead to work in the Southaven area. If you have prior supervisory background and a proven track record of success, we are looking for you. Position assignments and workplace environment: I am sourcing for a team lead/supervisor that has over 5 yrs background: Responsible daily, weekly and monthly support processes to the management team. Must be familiar with quality standards, giving directions to employees on standards and processes Meet and exceed all established KPI's and SLA's as dictated by management Leading and motivating teammates to meet or exceed expectations on daily basis
