Qualified applicant must have a min of 3 (3) years background in commercial real estate underwriting. Previous background with loan workout and/or commercial real estate portfolio managerial background helpful. Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and issue solving skills and must have the expertise to work autonomously. Must also have strong negotiation and communication abilities. Bachelors Degree preferred.
