It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing Provides customer and internal technical support for Neogen Corporation's Microbiology related product lines for both pathogenic and spoilage organisms Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Laboratory Participates in evaluation of customer complaints and product failure evaluations. Develops experiments, outlines technical procedures, and conducts experiments as needed for evaluation of performance complaints. Participates in competitive evaluations or benchmarking of other dehydrated culture medium projects Performs microbiological assays according to work instruction and/or product insert directions. Generates and analyzes data from a variety of laboratory techniques and analytic instrumentation.
