Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I) - (Norwood, MA)

The CRA I is an entry-level position for CRAs, learning and expanding upon the basic tenants of GCP and ICH as well as company processes and procedures. The CRA I will follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data while building stable working relationships internally and externally with investigator sites and vendors. The successful applicant is self-motivated, independent, highly organized and able to work in a small team environment. The CRA I must multitask and adjust direction based on changing project/corporate priorities. As the primary point of contact for investigator sites, the CRA I is responsible for ensuring the clinical trial is conducted according to CFR, ICH and GCP guidelines. The successful applicant is efficient at executing monitoring and other clinical management activities while tracking the progress of assigned studies/projects and identifying and resolving challenges in order to achieve target objectives.
