The primary function is to create quality systems that drive improvement of service parts quality throughout our service supply chain. Duties and Responsibilities Establish parts quality reporting systems in a service environment with low volume, high mix part demand. Lead efforts to improve the quality of service parts to deliver measurable improvement to field service effectiveness while reducing cost of parts. Lead, in conjunction with production, procurement and service engineering, projects focused on improving both the quality and availability of service parts.
