Quality Assurance Nurse - (Bowling Green, OH)

Position description - Strong people skills - CPR certified - Participates in the hiring and orientation of personnel. - Marketing background wanted but not required - Baccalaureate degree in nursing or related position preferred, but not required. - Plans, directs and participates in the delivery of professional services to home care clients. - Assists in the planning and development of agency structure, clinical and administrative policies and procedures. - Provides leadership to the clinical management staff - Good written and oral communication expertise - Provides education and training related to clinical practice issues. - Focuses services toward diagnosis specific client care needs. - Implements systems to assure compliance with all state, federal and local laws. - Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. Licensed in the state of Ohio is a plus, but not mandatory.
