Position Info Performs duties in the operations of the Vault and ESW (Employee service Window) Balance and fill all TRUs (ticket redemption Units) Accountable for company assets in the Vault area as well as preparation of all cash and check deposits. Ensure that all rules and procedures are being followed and excellent associate service is being provided in accordance with the Company's GuestPath Universal Service and Operations Standards. Key functions: Prepare deposits to send to bank for all revenue drops Transfer table games chips and currency to cages. Balance the Bams and TRUs daily Scan checks for electronic deposit Excepts daily revenue drops from count room Accurately verify and load cash cassettes for TRUs. Troubleshoot jackpot stations as needed during business hours Fill cassettes when low on currency Monitor TRUs and fill when needed throughout their shift Run all end of day reports Ensure that all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are followed
