Position title: Cash Operations Accountant (Bookkeeper) Job Location: San Francisco, CA Job Duration: six mos contract; Part time 15-20 hours/week Job overview: Samara Design Lab leads need assistance with expense reporting and tracking. We share a limited number of purchase cards among the team. During intensive prototyping periods, we accumulate up to $10-50K worth of transactions per card weekly. Additionally, it’s difficult and time-consuming to track and allocate expenses by specific projects from different cards. We need that in order to estimate the cost of specific builds. This is an hourly part time job that may require 8-20 hours per week. Verify, allocate, post transactions, and submit expense reports to COMPANY Finance for all Samara issued P-Cards Develop an optimal system for on-line receipt storage for employees and contractors Follow up with employees or contractors who forgot to submit receipts in due time Consult/notify project leads on any transactions that seem unjustified or
