Bookkeeper - (Dallas, TX)

North Dallas law firm looking for a full-time person with 3 yrs of bookkeeping background. Qualifications include expert in Quickbooks, knowledge of ms excel, fast/accurate data entry skills, expertise to multitask, expertise to work with a team or individually, have general accounting knowledge. This individual must be thorough, possess excellent organization skills, be a self-starter and be able to set priorities and meet deadlines. The responsibility of this position is to prepare all accounts receivable invoices, issue petty cash, scan deposits into bank, record Intercompany transactions and process postal costs to client accounts. Will be required to resolve any problems
