Licensed Mental Health Professional - (Bristow, VA)

Job DescriptionJob Summary:YFT was founded in 1986 and since that time has been helping children in the community and across the country. YFT has outpatient offices in Bristow and Woodbridge and currently has openings for Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP). As a LMHP you will be providing counseling, intervention and referral, as well as case management for clients, including counseling for suicide, behavior disorders, etc. children and their family/care giver. LMHP’s provide crisis intervention, safety planning, support, details, and resource details face to face with clients in YFT offices and/or at various community sites. Also, be able to document provision of all services as prescribed by YFT management.Required responsibilities: Provides general counseling interventions and other forms of therapy. Possess knowledge of and have background with DSM V diagnoses, assessment, evaluation and referral processes.
