VP Solutions Architect, Equity Compensation - (Merrimack, NH)

Your role will be responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of a prospective or existing client's equity compensation administrative qualifications for both participants and plan sponsors, this includes reviewing 10ks and plan documents for single or multi-product requests and successfully demonstrating Fidelity's solutions during the sales or re-bid processes. The Ability We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. (Advanced degree preferred). This position mandates a min of 5-10yrs of background in a combination of sales, marketing, implementation, and/or operations. Must have C suite client facing background. The individual should have a good knowledge of the equity compensation market and have proven success managing to a budget and delivering business results. Strong ability to work well with various company groups and departments. Proven ability to lead change. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
