GENERAL DETAILS Position title: Tier one Operations Engineer Department: Support/Operations Reports To: Director Operations & Customer Support JOB DUTIES POSITION DETAILS: The Tier one Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the stability of all systems including IPTV solutions and Digital Signage globally. KEY FUNCTIONS AND TASKS: · Receive multiple troubleshooting calls/requests simultaneously for various system types. · Troubleshoot and update IPTV solutions. · Update and maintain our digital signage platform. · Update and troubleshoot issues via phone/computer. · Update and manage content globally. · Must be able to draft well written professional emails. · Demonstrated proficiency with MS
