Associate Scientist I, Media Prep - (Durham, NC)

Position description The perfect applicant will be responsible for providing a variety of non-GMP services to internal Biogen customers within the research and technical development departments. These services include preparation of complex biological solutions, microbiological growth media, and cell culture media. This applicant will be instrumental in the development of formulations and provide technical ability on preparation procedures. Will work as member of dynamic team to ensure that proper techniques are utilized and a consistent service is delivered. LI-POT6 Requirements Provides on demand non GMP production of standard and custom buffer and media solutions, following established procedures to ensure consistent production of solutions. Collaborates with customers to develop solution formulations and preparation process instructions. Responsible for communicating new or updated procedures.
