In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing all sales areas, as well as customer-oriented activities and / or distribution within the city in support of the Area/City Manager. Responsibilities: Liaises with the City Manager to confirm and set daily rental rates, and communicating them to location Rental Agents. Manage day-to-day sales related functions of the location. Manage the G.U.E.S.T. Program. Provide ongoing training, coaching and motivating of sales staff through Performance Management and Coaching. Exceed performance targets, maximize sales revenue, and achieve operational goals and financial objectives.
