Manager, Deal Desk - (Washington, DC)

What you'll be doing… The Manager, Customer Operations will guide and oversee the Deal Desk and/or Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis. The Manager will provide outstanding customer service to employees, management, customers, partners, and vendors as a top priority for this position and will mentor teammates through demonstrating leadership. This includes working closely with all departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met while adhering to the business policies set forth by the Senior Management teams including but not limited to clean revenue recognition, same day issue resolution and assisting with outstanding receivables. This requires driving solution oriented decisions, collaborating closely with all cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met and setting service standards which are reliable.
