Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Landscape Estimator/Project Manager to join our team at Conejo Complete Landscape! We are a well established landscape company that installs and maintains both commercial and estate properties. We have an excellent reputation; much of our work is from referrals and we are busy year round. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of reviewing blueprint and onsite design, and estimating of new and ongoing landscape projects.Job details:Work in office and in field to generate landscape proposals for residential and commercial projects. Will have to formulate material lists to shop and purchase landscape and irrigation materials. Communicate with landscape architects and construction/maintenance supervisors to track job progress and assist office staff in generating invoices for work completed.Responsibilities: Interpret plans Locate material Cost out material Estimate labor costs Coordinate delivery of material Oversee installation with landscape crew and architect
