Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with our client, an energy industry innovator, is currently seeking a Machine Operator for a contract opportunity in Winsted, CT. Set-up, operate and maintain at least 3 families of process equipment independently meeting both safety and production qualifications. Maintain all quality and production records and assist with training as required. Job assignments • Assist in productivity and throughput (flow) in all assigned cells • Assist supervisor and Production Control to manage daily output qualifications • Maintain 6S and other area housekeeping standards • Execute clean-up shift procedures • Maintain visual control boards and hour X
