Education and Background BA/BS in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar field 7 yrs' background in an industrial maintenance capacity three to 5 yrs' background of direct supervision and management in a maintenance and/or production environment Better Process Control School knowledge preferred Knowledge of factory automation to include PLC and HMI programming, Network Configuration, and servo systems preferred Knowledge of Boiler Operation and Steam Generation, Waste Water Treatment, and Sanitary Welding preferred Background with various computer applications - SAP or similar operating system preferred Certification and/or License N/A Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able to analyze equipment problems, identify root cause to equipment problems Able to manage multiple projects Able to perform technical reading Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision, training, and personnel management Able to promote a team environment Able to employ, lead
