Service Technician - (Downers Grove, IL)

American Dream Home Improvement (ADHI) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our National Production Team as a Service Technician based out of our Headquarters in Downers Grove, IL. ADHI's Service Technician will work directly with our Production Teams to review and process service requests in regards to work performed by ADHI. Assist various corporate teams in working to resolve build and service issues in order to close and complete jobs. This is a full-time, in office position-No field work. Requirements: Previous office background HIGHLY preferred, but NOT required Previous Roofing, Siding, and/or Gutter background HIGHLY preferred, but not required Expertise to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Expertise to work under aggressive deadlines and short turn around Detail orientated and expertise to learn new ways of doing tasks Compensation & Benefits: Starting Salary Based off background; starting salary $40,000 Excellent Insurance Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental
