Help Desk Support Analyst with Retail or POS Experience - (Hicksville, NY)

Large national corporation seeks an experienced individual who can provide 1st level support via phone and in-person working with retail staff to troubleshoot and resolve store based hardware, software and POS issues. The perfect applicant will be adept at: - Resolving end user questions regarding GERS applications - Providing technical support to log, troubleshoot and resolve issues - Performing scheduled (daily/weekly/monthly) checks to verify IT processes - Installing and configuring hardware/software including PCs, terminals and POS equipment Skills/Qualifications - GERS or POS application background - A or equivalent certification - Working expertise of Ms office applications - Retail and/or POS
