Support Services Manager - (Clarksville, AR)

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE OR SKILLS: Must be able to manage a department with diverse areas of responsibility which includes High to Mid-Level IT & networking, SCADA systems, AutoCAD Mapping, GIS, GPS, Vehicle Maintenance, Easement Acquisition, Building maintenance, and Industrial Maintenance. Knowledgeable of computers, software including Ms office, SCADA and computer networking. Must have some management experience and with good communication expertise both verbally and written. EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND: Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, engineering, or equivalent, with 5 years related skills is required, OR High-school certificate with ten years related skills in a similar position and/or training; or
