Residence Life Coordinator - (Columbus, GA)

Columbus State University has an opening for a Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) in the Department of Residence Life. This position is responsible for working with students to develop an environment that facilitates academic success and personal development. General assignments include supervision of all operations within a housing area, supervision of student staff members including Resident Assistants and Student Assistants, and enforcement of University rules and regulations. The position is a full time, twelve month live- in position. Assignments include but are not limited to: selecting, supervising, and providing ongoing training for approx 12-16 Resident Assistants, Graduate Assistants, and 2-5 student assistants as assigned; participating in all departmental planning and activities; involvement on university committees; selecting, supervising, and training resident assistants, graduate assistants
