Knowledge of the Work and Family Life Programs within DoD, such as Career Retention, Deployment Support and Readiness, Financial Management, Relocation and Transition Assistance, and Ombudsman and practical methods to counter stresses affecting military and families. Knowledge of family support programs such as Transition and Personal Financial Management (PFM).
