Senior Manager, Membership Data Process Improvement - (Arlington, VA)

SUMMARY:-------- This position will be a key member of the Member and Field Relations (MFR) department with a focus on technology advancement to streamline processes and increase efficiencies. This position will own the operational processes and continually drive innovation and improvements in efficiency, service and quality through optimization of process and technology solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead MFR Salesforce Development Initiatives Work with MFR teammates to understand program needs/business rules and then customize Salesforce to meet business qualifications Create and manage custom fields/objects, complex workflow rules, record types, data validation, page layouts, and triggers Perform reoccurring data processes to meet reporting qualifications and ensure data integrity Serve as team liaison and collaborate together with internal IT team on system integration qualifications between internal/proprietary legacy systems and Salesforce
