You would work in their Human Resources group at their Corporate Headquarters, focused on recruiting internally and working in tandem with external recruiting firms. About Yourself five years in a corporate recruiting role, focused on recruitment at all levels (individual contributor to managerial to senior leadership positions) Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related position Knowledge of various functions (operations, finance/accounting, sales, engineering, IT, etc.) and the specific challenges of filling positions within each.
