Review project documentation to understand the project’s complete scope of work. Review submittals to ensure that they are in compliance with the project’s technical and quality control qualifications. Ensure that the team has the current project documents for their use. Identify and ensure all critical and long lead material and equipment is procured. Prepare daily reports and maintain on-site records which summarizes daily technical activity, quality control activities including inspections, deficiencies, repairs, testing, materials used, factory tests and certifications.
