Position description CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: Review new matter memos for completion and accuracy. Search all relevant and necessary entities in the firm's conflicts database. Review conflict of interest reports to identify actual and/or potential conflicts of interest associated with prospective matters. Prepare a summary of actual and/or potential conflicts of interest. Provide summaries to requesting lawyers and respond to any questions regarding same. Adhere to all firm and department policies and procedures related to searching, reviewing conflict reports and preparing summaries thereof.
