Paralegal Case ManagerCandidate will: Complys with relevant privacy and ethics rules, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Ace (HIPAA) policies and claims management best practices. Communicates directly with all involved parties in a timely manner, investigates facts, conducts research, and obtains supporting documentation while analyzing insurance, medical treatment, and 3rd party recoveries. Develops and maintains a working relationship with clients to ensure the expeditious gathering of facts and details to support litigation or settlement activities. Assumes some independent responsibility for files. Educates clients in order to set expectations, provide guidance, and instill confidence. Identifies parties in case and documents in case management system. Identifies liability and issues.
