As a automation engineer you will be responsible for developing Subject Matter Ability on the Applications Under Test, helping to define/refine the automation framework for core Contact Center application platforms and integrations, developing scripts that automate what would traditionally be manual test cases, and support automated test execution runs. The primary application area supported is the Enterprise Contact Technology portfolio, consisting of Customer Relationship Management (Sales/Service) desktop, Interactive Voice Response, and Computer Telephony Integration platforms.
