Registered Nurse Transitional Program (RN) - Full Time, Variable Shift - (Los Angeles, CA)

Transitional Program Summary: The Emergency Department at Adventist Health White Memorial is excited to open a unique training program that will provide experienced acute care RNs with a comprehensive 8-week training program that will prepare you to become an RN in our Surgery Department. Last year, this training program successfully trained nurses with backgrounds in ICU, Telemetry, DOU, and Med/Surg. The program combines didactic education with hands-on clinical background. Emergency Department Training Program Requirements: 1 yr background in acute care setting Graduate of an licensed school of Nursing; BSN preferred. Current California RN License in good standing with the BRN. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS About our Surgery Department: I'd like to invite you to regain your passion and reenergize your career as a member of our Emergency Department.
